You are working for an exciting growing company. As a pioneer in your role you will impact on the further development of the digital marketing activities within the Marketing Team, in line with the overall company growth objectives. You will be inspirational in the way that you present the company image both in a professional and effective manor through online promotional activities and new online media. With the overall intention of driving traffic to the websites and generating leads. To assist the Marketing Manager in effective use of all relevant market, customer, product and competitor knowledge and information, to achieve the Departmental KPI’s.

Principal Accountabilities

To implement and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and associated action plan consistent with, and in support of, the overall business strategy.

To assist in the delivery of marketing plan to the associated budget.

To maintain a clear and up to date picture of the company’s markets, customers, competitors and products and the relative position of within those markets.

To influence, develop, design and produce e campaigns via Mail Chimp and Dotmailer to increase customer Unique Visits and overall website engagement to the company websites and also promote via the company Marketing Channels in line with the Department KPI’s. To work closely with the Content Marketing Executive.

To focus on intelligent marketing, drilling down on the statistical data that is made available to the Department through Google Adwords, Analytics, Shopping and the developed website and ERP integration, to influence new and exciting ways of driving traffic to the websites and generating leads.

To design and manage Google Adwords campaigns,, monitoring their performance with weekly reports to the Marketing Manager.

To design and implement marketing campaigns for new and existing products and services, in line with the business objections, sale budget and to support the departmental KPI’s.

To generate regular, high quality design, in house created off line marketing campaigns, using sourced news worthy topics, in line with company KPI’s and ideas from the Marketing Innovation Meetings.

To design, produce and update regularly automated e mail campaigns that will develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, introduce revenue streams and support and influence workflows along with the Marketing Manager and Systems Integration Team.

To manage and update the company social media strategy influencing all the company social media channels including those of our office overseas on a daily basis. Increase social media traffics and interaction, building brand awareness and driving traffic to the websites to influence lead generation leading to sales across all 3 revenue streams.

To be proficient in artwork design and preparation utilising software programmes including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

To seek and use feedback from project engineers, customer service and sales staff, to influence social media strategy, e campaign strategy and web development in line with the Marketing Department KPI.

To be an integral part of the web development team, influencing site enhancement to promoting traffic, AOV, site engagement, whilst encouraging a reassured and enhanced customer experience.

To assist in organising and attending trade exhibitions, external trade events and desk top events.

To communicate effectively, both internally and externally, so that customer needs and market developments are well understood at all times and both customers and staff are fully conversant with the nature and benefits of any product improvements or changes made.

To promote the company and its products in as active and effective way as possible and to maximise the generation of leads and enquiries for direct sales and distributors, via online marketing channels.

To drive the continuous improvement of the marketing operation, ensuring best practice is understood and implemented wherever possible.

To communicate and interact constructively with other members of the management team in the pursuit of continuous improvement and the implementation of permanent solutions.

To assist with the performance of Marketing Team in a systematic, objective and professional way and in accordance with the agreed values and behaviours of the company.

Skills required:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrtor (desireable In Design),
• Mail Chimp and a working knowledge of Dotmailer,
• Google Adwords, Analytics and Shopping
• Social Media Platforms, including Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Instagram
