Finance Manager (Financial Planning) £42,510 - £45,949
Due to expansion with the organisation our client is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the Financial Planning and Treasury for the organisation, which includes managing their exciting and ambitious development programme. It is an exciting time to join the team and the organisation with great opportunity for the right candidate.
The main purpose of the post is to be responsible for the company's Financial Planning inclusive of producing a 30 year financial plan. Lead for financial appraising and reporting for their new development programme as well as their continued investment programme for their existing housing stock. The post-holder will also be responsible for all treasury management services, ensuring their loan facility is managed effectively and producing a range of regulatory returns.
