The role is focussed on the operational aspects of their marketing activity, supporting creative and content teams and working together to build multi-channel customer experiences for their defined audience segments
You’ll be a forward-thinker, excited by the opportunity to capitalise on advancements in email and content marketing capabilities. You’ll use your leadership abilities both with your own team and with senior colleagues establish a culture of operational best practice
To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms, and understanding how to leverage these platforms to deliver their full capabilities
- An in-depth understanding of the latest developments in digital marketing
- Extensive knowledge of marketing service best practice
- The ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, across different locations and time zones.
- Team leadership and development
- Clear priority setting and effective decision making
- That you are highly numerate, good with spreadsheets and visualizing data
- That you are results driven, able to take responsibility for deadlines and manage a challenging workload
- Communication of customer concepts and ideas
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required
- The ability to work in partnership with technical teams to define requirements and solutions for customer communication capabilities.
