***Experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher
***Birmingham Primary School
***Main/Upper Pay Scale + TLR
***Starts September 2017
***Future support to become a phase/subject leader

This 2 form entry Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional classroom practitioner to join their team in September. The school has recently gone through some dramatic changes, with the new head teacher providing outstanding leadership to the school and the staff that has seen them make great strides in pushing forward.

You will be an ambitious and passionate primary teacher, committed to improving standards and someone who sets high expectations of yourself and the students in your care. Unfortunately, due to the balance of teaching staff, they aren’t able to consider NQTs for this position and ideally require a teacher with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience.

Found in the LEA of Birmingham, this school is easily accessible from surrounding areas.
The school itself sits on a large site, with good facilities and well sized classrooms. Students come from a diverse multicultural background, and have varying levels of attainment. You will take responsibility for teaching a year 5 class of (currently) 28 pupils in each class, whilst support will be provided by an experienced level 2 TA.

The school are keen to recruit a teacher that is looking to develop in to a subject or phase leader and will actively support teachers with CPD.

This is a great time to join a school who have improved immensely and are on track to receive ‘GOOD’ in their next Ofsted and benefits from a great senior leader determine to get the school back on track.

The school are determined to ensure they appoint the best classroom practitioner to the role. If you are interested in this role, please send your CV and covering letter to Patrick at EduStaff.
