Training Sales & Logistics Support

We are seeking to recruit a person with an interest in the exciting, and rapidly growing "Drone" Industry. With an established and growing share of the market within the training sector, we are opening recruitment for an individual who will be tasked with building sales from a growing database of leads, and supporting the Course Logistics team with candidate liaison where necessary. The successful applicant will fit with our Core Values, and will have a good working knowledge of online cloud-based IT systems, and communications tools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering to a set of sales targets weekly and monthly, and will be required to complete a significant amount of calling tasks associated to new leads from various channels. In addition to this, the role will involve supporting the Course Logistics team with various tasks such as posting of course learning material; taking calls from candidates booked on to course; making amendments to candidates’ bookings; managing candidates’ online learning and more.
- Answering all inbound telephone traffic, and handling all new enquiries
- Calling back new email and web enquiries
- Handling enquiries from new and existing candidates
- Handling new bookings by telephone
- Assisting the Course Logistics team with contacting candidates at various stages of the learning pipeline
- Managing alterations to bookings
- Delivering to weekly and monthly sales targets
- Completing tasks associated to the lead and opportunity pipelines
We are looking for a person that possess exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, that is able to converse smoothly and fluently with new customers, candidates, and important corporate clients. Experience in a sales environment is required. We will be looking for a natural, non-pressured sales style, where the majority of our leads are warm, but demonstrating a passion to close the sale. The candidate will also need to be very organised, and adapt well to a very dynamic working environment. They will also be a self-starter and will constantly push processes and procedures to help drive efficiency. We will be looking for a candidate that displays a true entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating passion for delivering commercial success. We will look for someone that has the drive to grow with the company, always looking for the next move. The applicants will be tested on general, and industry knowledge to show case smart qualities and characteristics.
Working hours are 0830-1730 Monday to Friday, with occasional-infrequent, unpaid on-call requirement supporting any issues that may arise from our training courses which take place on weekends. The candidate will be based in our Whiteley Head Office, and may be required on occasion to travel to assist with operations in our Annapolis or New York offices in the USA. Consortiq operate a Bring-Your-Own-Device policy, which will require you to bring and utilise suitable IT equipment to perform your role. All of our systems are cloud-based so any laptop will be sufficient.
