Compliance Manager job in Gloucester paying circa £35k working for international energy company

Your new company are an international energy provider and are working closely with facilities providers across the UK, that is committed to providing responsible growth of its businesses within power, natural gas and energy services. Your new company are working on developing high-performance, innovative solutions for personal customers, urban authorities and companies by applying its expertise in four key sectors: renewables, energy efficiency, liquefied natural gas and digital technologies.

Your new role

Your new role of compliance manager in the Gloucester office. You will be responsible for the delivery of statutory, legislative, and contractual procedures for a diverse portfolio of client sites, to deliver and assure the highest levels of compliance. You will be responsible for leading a team to produce accurate management information in line with client expectations. You will be able to share best practice and innovations with colleagues in the wider environment. Establish and maintain an effective audit regime in line with the Quality Management Plan, to provide governance and deliver an assured service to the client and senior management. Lend support to develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in your new role you will need to hold a recognised Technical Qualifications (CIBSE / NEBOSH etc). Your ability to interact with senior management and clients. As well as excellent team worker with an eye for detail and an ability to produce quality communications that engage all stakeholders will aid your career within the company. You will need to have previous experience working within a service contracting environment is essential.

What you'll get in return

In return for your hard work you will receive a competitive salary of between £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience. You will also receive a benefits package including 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays) as well as pension and other additional benefits.
