Senior Facilities Manager Duties

Manage all aspects of FM contracts within the region

Set up operational structure

Deal with commercial and technical support to the account

Improve the brand and reputation of the company

Ensure CAFM systems

Implement policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements

Manage procurement of products and services

Senior Facilities Manager Requirements

Proven track record as a Facilities Manager (5 years minimum)

Mechanical and Electrical experience

Used to managing retail contracts

Assisted in the smooth set up of operational contracts

BIFM Accreditation
