A leading organisation within the hospitality sector is looking for an Account Manager to cover the London area.

Description

Customer Account Management:

  • Understand the needs and future requirements of customers through proactive account management.
  • Develop long term mutually beneficial relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure profitable growth.

Commercial Management:

  • Review and maximise contract/commercial opportunity.
  • Work with management team to review the commercial viability of accounts, recommending improvements or additional services.

Growth:

  • Ensure the company's growth targets are achieved on an annual basis.
  • Seek opportunities with customers to enhance commercial terms.

Profile

  • A proven track record of commercial account management in previous roles.

  • A knowledge of the hospitality sector would be useful

  • Good analytical skills Ability to listen to and influence others

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and interpret the information.

  • Customer focused

Job Offer

Basic Salary up to £33,000 plus Car plus Bonus
