THE ROLE: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training and developing a team of 5 sales executives. You will be a manager who is happy to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front. Although you will be expected to have real control over the region, it is important you can give your team autonomy and not micro-manage.

THE PERSON: Due to the demands of this role, out client is looking to recruit a high performing people manager, who has experience in the medical sector. You will have a naturally inspiring style, a consistent approach and the ability to genuinely impact the performance of your team.
