We are currently working with a market leading client who are seeking a Payroll Manager to manage their small team of Payroll Coordinators. My client can offer a rewarding career within their dynamic and forward thinking company. This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody with strong Payroll knowledge and experience within Payroll processing.
As the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team of Payroll Coordinators in addition to a wide range of activities including but not limited to:
- Regularly coach individual team members
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
- Ensure that all SLA's are being met
- Conduct performance reviews and set team and individual objectives
The ideal candidate for this position must previous administration experience and be able to discuss with us how they excelled in areas such as:
- PAYE and Auto enrolment legislation
- BACS, HMRC and Pension Reconciliations
- High level of numeracy
- Experience of leading a team
