Our client is looking to appoint an experienced B2B Business Development Executive professional, as part of their nationwide expansion across Manchester and London. In the last 12 months the client has established the corporate arm of the business and is looking to develop with further by working with Banks, Building Society, Accountancy firms, large retailers, customer service call centre etc. and is now looking to appoint a career driven, Corporate B2B Executive, to join their team in Manchester who has a desire to sell at their core. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B sales environment, you'll earn commission in line with your effort and success. They are committed to the development of their people through experience and continuous training.

Responsibilities & key attributes of Business Development Executive :

B2B experience with mainly Corporate accounts

A proven track record of sales success, with evidence including league table placements, commission slips or awards

A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced company

Impeccable telephone manner, with the confidence to pitching business owners/decision makers

Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunger to hunt new business

Gain detailed customer knowledge to ensure the understanding of customer needs

Outbound dialling to generate and identify fresh business opportunities

Managing client accounts to maintain active business relationships

Working towards daily KPI productivity and conversion targets

Your clients will look forward to seeing you and nothing will prevent you from getting them what they need when they need it, no matter the deadline

Creativity/Innovation - Generates new and innovative approaches to problems and clients

Skill requirements:

B2B experience with mainly Corporate accounts

Previous sales experience is essential - 1-3 years, ideally

Articulate and ability to absorb new information well

Exceptional Communication skills - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication including email

A 'people person' with an outgoing personality

Brand and commercial awareness

Openness/Honesty/Integrity - does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidences. Does what is right, not just what is politically expedient
