My client, who are a professional services company based in Newcastle, are looking to hire an IT 1st Line Helpdesk Support to provide phone based Support to their multi-site user base

Due to the nature of the business, the role will be varied, though you will ideally have IT qualifications / experience in dealing with all Windows / PC issues, setting up passwords etc..

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected regional organisation, dealing with queries from the users, and develop your IT skills, in turn assisting productivity within the business.
