With approximately 12,500 properties, we are the largest Registered Provider of affordable housing in Wirral. We are a socially responsible, not-for-profit organisation. Our work involves far more than simply bricks and mortar and our vision is providing homes and building communities.  Our team of circa 500 employees are all based out of Birkenhead and are responsible for providing a quality service to our current and future customers, adding value and leading by example.  Our key objective is to improve our commercial focus and to explore and seek potential new business opportunities within our chosen markets which will contribute towards profitable and sustainable growth.

The role of Maintenance and Facilities Officer is to provide a range of handyperson services for new residents, whilst maintaining the aesthetic feel of the internal and external building fabric of the new build scheme.
