Internal Sales Executive - up to £25,000 - Loughborough

12 month contract.

Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive

Driving sales growth and customer retention with defined and customers / channel

Proactively selling the divisions products via telephone and various digital means including email and social media

Developing a territory plan to drive sales with nominated accounts

Blueprinting accounts and segmenting based on opportunity

Developing relationships with End Users and or Channel partners

Qualifying leads gained through marketing activity and following through to close

Management of specific accounts to drive loyalty and prevent erosion

Achieving best practice in Customer Relationship Management

Keeping an accurate and comprehensive customer database, achieving targets of in excess of 95% data quality

Any other duties as required

Skills/ Experience required of an Internal Sales Executive

Previous Internal Sales experience with strong customer focus

Good understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of delivering sales to forecast

Previous experience of working with both CRM tools and other sales acceleration technologies

Ability to build relationships

Account Management and negotiation skills

Siebel CRM experience

Hours - Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 17.30pm

Salary - up to £25,000
