(Registered Manager) Care Home Manager - Learning Disabilities

We are a well-established registered care company which is dedicated to providing residential care and supported living accommodation to adults with learning disabilities/autism and associated complex needs. The emphasis of the company is to promote a person-centred approach in all aspects of the support they offer.
We are looking for an experienced Manager based East London to join the team

About the role:

Within this role you will be responsible for managing the Service on a day to day basis your main responsibilities will include; ensuring compliance with CQC, recruiting and training staff, reviewing care packages, undertaking new risk assessments, building good relationships with families, local authorities officers, marketing to gain new referrals, assessing new clients, supervising and apprising staff team, managing financial records, be on call when required and overseeing the overall care and support of the clients within the service, and on holidays.

About you:

You MUST have previous experience of care in the community, been employed as a manager, possessprofessional care Qualification in Health or Social care, or other relevant management qualification (RMA)

You must have substantial experience, of management of challenging behaviour, In-depth knowledge of the care needs of adults with learning disabilities/autism experience of managing a staff team, and have the knowledge to ensure total compliance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008
