We’re moving into a new era with regards to our security and we need brilliant people to make our plans a reality and to help us on our quest to become Britain’s best loved bank.

We have a newly created opportunity for a Resilience Analyst to play a critical role in supporting a number of activities that are central to our Resilience programme which provides enhanced crisis management, response and recovery capability to the business. By understanding our Business Continuity (BC) programme you’ll be able to advise colleagues on their responsibilities in relation to Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management Preparedness.

To be brilliant, you’ll ideally have gained some experience within a Resilience or Civil Contingencies related role with a strong interest in Business Continuity and Crisis Management. If you have knowledge of Business Continuity and Crisis Management Standards that would stand you in good stead for this role! We’re looking for someone with a real passion for keeping our customers and colleagues safe. With a natural flair for translating detail into straightforward, valuable and simple insight, you’ll be asked to help present findings in a way that is easily accessible to stakeholders in order to drive the resilience programme forward.

Salary - £25,500 - £27,200.
