Our client, an innovative Wealth Management firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to join their busy offices based in Bridgwater.

The purpose of this role is to form a pivotal point between client, advisers and other third parties. This is a key role in our client’s commitment to deliver excellence and outstanding, timely customer service.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparing client meetings
  • Producing compliant notes, fact-finds and post-meeting correspondence
  • Researching and writing reports
  • Producing reports and management information in line with productivity benchmarks
  • Conducting investment reviews
  • Chairing investment committee meetings
  • Platform research and due diligence
  • Fund and portfolio research
  • Responding to ad-hoc client issues and queries
  • Supporting opportunities for clients
  • Troubleshooting client issues
  • Managing provider relationships

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a paraplanning role, and will be Level 4 qualified. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail as well as have a passionate attitude towards the accuracy of your work. You will be able to manage your own workload effectively and will be confident and personable in nature.
