Job Title: Inside Sales Executive speaking English + German or French
Package: £20,000-30,000 + up to £15,000 OTE
The Inside Sales Executive (German or French speaking) will be actively developing new business opportunities by proactively prospecting new clients and building a strong partnership with existing customers; focusing purely on big data and analytics software. This role is based in Reading pitching to key decision makers, interacting with business developers. You must be prepared to build a strong client base to maximise revenue.
You will have a competitive nature, we are looking for someone who hates to lose and is motivated by targets, loves to win. You will be ambitious, driven and keen for results.
You will be speaking fluent English and either German or French as a second language.
Successful candidates will go through a 4 months temporary probation period in Reading office with an hourly salary of £13.50 per hour (umbrella rate) or £11.00 PAYE (£21,000 per annum pro rata)
After the training period you will be offered a permanent position with starting salary of £28,000-32,000+ £15,000 OTE and first class benefits and career progression.

The Inside Sales Executive candidate has to speak English as well as a second language - either German or French, with hunger for success. The ideal candidate must be customer focused with a clear drive for success, uphold excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette. It is vital to build lasting relationships with your customers in order to retain and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
AsInside Sales Executive (German or French speaking) you will:
• Perform opportunity identification, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels
• Working with a mixture of warm and cold leads within an established sales channel
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast and document all activities and customer interactions
• Respond to inbound inquiries, outbound marketing campaigns, and successfully lead opportunity development
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Channel partners to identify, position, and sell product value
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape
