up to £55k + Benefits

Are client are an award winning Independent Digital Marketing Agency, running digital marketing campaigns in all forms of biddable media - from search, social media and programmatic display. With really cool, open plan offices the environment is excellent, they house 60 people with ambitions to scale in the coming months. The Role:

Due to their success in programmatic, they are looking to recruit a Programmatic Account Director.

  • Manage a team of Programmatic Account Managers and Programmatic Account Executives

  • Senior-level client serving, project management and delivery, involving big thinking about how to successfully maintain and grow clients’ accounts.

  • This role will not focusing on hands-on campaign optimisation, although where needed you will need to demonstrate your programmatic optimisation skills

  • Lead assessing new technology partners (DSP’s, adserving technology, 3rd party data providers, viewability/fraud technologies, video and mobile suppliers).

Skills & Attributes:

This position would suit an individual with 5+ years digital experience, with 2+ years in programmatic, who likely has experience programmatic campaign optimisation experience however has become more involved in Senior-Level Client Servicing and Project Management.

  • 5+ years experience in Digital (Programmatic, Search etc)

  • 2+ years experience in programmatic

  • Perhaps you will be a Programmatic Manager in an Agency and want to join a smaller agency, alternatively a Senior-Level Client Services/Account Management function in an Agency Trading Desk

  • Track record of senior-level client servicing and project management

  • Experience of running programmatic campaigns, developing strategies, optimising for performance, and developing and reporting back insights to clients

  • Expertise in DSP and adserving technologies, preferably DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM)
