Position: Audio Visual Hire Co-Ordinator
Salary/Package: £25,000 - £32,000 + Pension + Healthcare
Location:South West London
Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a well-known name in the Live Events/Production market seeking to add their team with an aspiring and committed Hire Co-Ordinator.
The role on offer is a Full Time, Permanent position working from the company's headquarters in South West London.
The hours are Monday -Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
- Utilising software to manage hire and logistics of rental equipment, including lighting, audio and projector systems.
- Liaising with Projects team to ensure cross-departmental communication
- Making sure equipment is in stock and correctly administered.
- Culturing the existing client base and demonstrating commercial awareness, i.e. negotiation with suppliers and customers.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- A history of working in the Audio Visual live events and production market.
- An in-depth understanding of how the hire process works
- Commercial acumen with respect to sales and client management
- An up-to-date knowledge of Audio Visual technology
- Good interpersonal communication ability
