THE ROLE: As Key Account Manager you will be home and field based with a National remit. The majority of this role is account management selling a specialist range of industrial abrasives to national, industrial distributors such as Brammer, Cromwell and Buck&Hickman at head office level. As part of the remit, demand generation with major end user accounts will make up a small portion of your role specifically within the manufacturing and engineering markets.

THE PERSON: To be successful in securing this role our client is looking for a candidate who has experience in the management of large spending, key accounts within the industrial distribution sector, ideally at a regional or head office level. You need to be strong negotiator who is comfortable selling at board level, honest and always a professional.
