Senate House Chambers is the largest team of barristers in Northampton, serving the Midlands and South of England. In 2014 seventeen of the region’s established barristers came together to form Senate House Chambers. The role will involve general clerking and administrative duties, this includes management of the barristers’ professional commitments; data entry; case fixing; liaising with solicitors and lay clients.
Candidates will be well motivated, conscientious and keen, a smart appearance is essential. They will need to possess good communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and can work with confidence unsupervised and on their own initiative. Candidates should have attained a minimum of 2 A Levels. Hours of work 9:30-6
