Motor Complaints Officer
We are looking for a candidate with a good understanding of car mechanics to work on behalf of a car finance lender, dealing with complaints specific to cars purchased. This role will focus on taking all car complaints from consumers who have purchased a 2nd hand car where they have taken out a finance agreement. The role will focus on understanding the issue/problem with the vehicle and resolving any mechanical issues/complaints that may arise.
The successful candidate will have a good mechanical understanding of service and repairs and will be able to utilise this knowledge to manage and resolve disputes between the car dealership and the finance company.
You will be responsible for investigating any complaints specific to the car where the customer has complained about faults and general mechanical problems
Experience required for the role of Motor Complaints Officer
- Good understanding of car mechanics or a background from the RAC, AA dealing with car repairs or servicing.
- Superb communication skills with the ability to liaise in a professional manner dealing with customer complaints
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus benefits package
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
