With their help clients, can select the right time to procure their supply agreements that will be most beneficial to them. Additionally, they can advise on a wide range of energy efficiency and management products and services. These services assist their clients in their goals of both monitoring their energy more efficiently and reducing both their energy consumption and carbon footprints.
Operating since 2014, our client has built outstanding relationships with both their growing account base and suppliers and have ambitious growth plans in place throughout 2017.
Our client is now looking for a Finance Assistant to provide financial and administrative support to the team by assisting in any finance queries from internal members and external customers.
Ensuring all departmental administration is carried out accurately, effectively and efficiently
Ensuring accuracy of high volume data input
Processing purchase orders
Manage and maintain spreadsheets
To deal with enquiries relating to Accounts
Raising sales ledger invoices
Making travel arrangements
Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office/ Excel
Experience of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
Experience of Sage 50
You will ideally have an understanding of credit note allocation and VAT
Strong communication skills
Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
To have accurate record Keeping
Financial and Administration background.
- Experience working within an Energy Consultancy
- Understanding of energy markets and key market drivers
- Understanding of sustainability and consumption management technologies
- Full UK driving license
