My client are an extremely well reputed company within the Travel and Events Management sphere based in the heart of London, in the top ten of its sector. They are leading its field with a vision to attract, develop and retain the most talented people within the industry, and work to ensure the programmes on offer are tailored exactly to the needs of the client. They are setting their sights on further international expansion, having already opened up offices across America and Dubai, and so need a talented Business Development Manager to join the sociable, energetic and vibrant team to help drive revenue.

They are looking for a unique individual, with the following skills

- Knowledge and passion for the Event Management/Travel sphere, with the confidence to be able to tap into untouched areas of business

- Ability to identify, develop and convert Events and Group Travel opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects

- Develop proposals in line with clients’ needs and objectives

- Attend client events to ensure satisfaction, and to also help build up strong and fruitful relationships

- Need to be a strong cultural fit, as they are on the lookout for someone with a spark to fit into the sociable and upbeat atmosphere in terms of the office set up and the image of the company

The salary is between £35,000-£50,000, all dependent on the experience of the individual. They work to reward their sales team with an uncapped commission structure in place.
