Domestic Regional Sales Manager

Location: Northern Region

Salary: Basic£25,000 - £30,000 + commission + Company Car + Phone + Laptop

NJR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a fantastic Regional Sales opportunity based in the North. We are pleased to be recruiting for this market leading engineering and access solutions organisation who have an excellent brand and portfolio of solutions.

My client is a highly proactive company who look to partner with organisations, offering technical solutions in a growing commercial market. This is a high level sales role for those who enjoy consultative selling at its best.

This is a good consultative and technical sell, and is perfect for those wanting to escape aggressive sales - they avoid micro management and the role provides great flexibility allowing you to manage you and your clients in the way you feel fit.

As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation in the North West and Yorkshire region.


  • To achieve sales objectives as agreed with Commercial Director in the UK market.
  • To generate new ideas and solutions, connecting purchasing strategies with end user requirements.
  • Account Management - retaining existing Customers and capturing new Customers
  • Promoting product offer through appointments and factory visits
  • Generation of market intelligence
  • To generate sales at agreed margin and product mix to levels agreed
  • Managing sales opportunities from lead to order
  • Generate accurate surveys and specifications for projects
  • To represent the company in the field in all aspects of its business in a manner as to increase our reputation for professional and qualitative performance

The successful candidates will need to have proven experience within Sales/Business development ideally with a good technical/consultative background. An understating of UK & European tendering legislations and Local Authority funding would be an advantage but not essential. You will have commercial and marketing awareness as well as solid communication skills and excellent IT Skills.
