Person Specification for KS3 SEMH Science Teacher
This post requires an assertive KS3 SEMH/SEBD Science Teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better by Ofsted in recent observations and worked in an environment with a high number of SEN pupils previously. The Head teacher wants to recruit a KS3 SEMH Science Teacher with a good understanding of how to help high-functioning MLD pupils and a dedicated approach that means them will go to the limits to help their students.

This KS3 SEMH Science Teacher role involves you teaching and working as a crucial part of the dedicated Science faculty. In general, you will be helping your Teaching Assistant get the best start for a teaching career by allowing them to follow your example.
