To Provide a first class financial service to our clients. To ensure communication within our team and to our clients is excellent. We must not over promise and under deliver - deadlines must be adhered to. We will look at innovative and helpful suggestions to enhance our clients business. We will all assist each other and attempt new challenges. We are positive and enjoy what we do!
Preparation and assist with accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Ad-hoc bookkeeping duties using Sage or our client’s software if applicable.
Preparation and assistance with management accounts.
Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Must be able to multi task in an organized manner.
Excellent communicator - by email, over the phone and face to face in a professional manner.
Listen to clients needs. Be sympathetic where necessary and remain patient.
Writing professional letters and emails to clients without using jargon. Ensure the client can understand what we are telling them.
Offer clients a value added service.
Develop your understanding of the services that Crowe can offer and identify areas that a client could benefit from other services.
Assisting the Managers and Partner with ad-hoc tasks.
Must be a team player, but also be able to manage and prioritise on their own.
Take pride in your appearance in terms of professional dress code and hygiene.
