Results and Despatches Task Team Leader
Cambridge International Examinations are now looking for support from a Team Leader within our Operations Division, specifically within the Enquires about Results team. Operations Division - Results & Despatches
Results and Despatches team work together in order to provide accurate and timely results and assessment materials to our customer’s world-wide. We are responsible for issuing results and Certificates to Centre’s, candidates and other international educational bodies on time in hardcopy and electronic form. After results have been issued, a number of post-result services are then offered to our customers, which are managed by Results and Despatches, including Enquiry about Results, Certifying Statements, Replacement Certificates and Priority Results. Furthermore, the team is responsible for extensive confidential and non-confidential stock ordering, control, and despatch. In order to process this, we work closely with our two Cambridgeshire based distribution Centre’s, despatching assessment and administration examination materials to customers and Assessment Service Providers (ASP’s) in support of all Cambridge assessments.
What you’ll be doing
The Team Leader we are looking for will be managing a team responsible for the processing of exam data and for providing operational support to our subject specialists during key times in the exam cycle. You will use your insight and drive to develop your team members’ professional capabilities creating flexible and quality-focussed teams and contributing to the collaborative and progressive team culture. You will manage your time and that of your teams to ensure that daily tasks are completed within schedule always looking for opportunities for improvement aiming to streamline procedures across all our products.
