Due to continued growth, which sees them dealing with some of the best known brands in the world, they are seeking to appoint a Client Manager to provide dedicated account management for a portfolio of existing Enterprise-level clients.
As your clients’ primary point of contact, you will take the operational lead for all service-related issues, champion your clients’ interests internally and ensure they receive the highest levels of service delivery around technology and administration services. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Relationship Management - developing a strong working relationship with a clients senior decision makers and developing a deep understanding of their business structure, goals and requirements
- Service Delivery - facilitating the delivery of platform and administration services by your colleagues
- Thought leadership - provide guidance, best practice advice and MI to clients
- Commercial accountability - drive profitability of each account, monitor Client satisfaction and ensure delivery of contractual obligations (please note, the Client Relationship Manager does not hold a production target, this role is about outstanding service delivery, client retention and satisfaction)
We are seeking a graduate with 2+ years experience of client relationship or service delivery management, within the Tech sector (ideally within a SaaS environment), used to working with B2B clients and passionate about high quality service delivery.
You will be proactive, organized, conscientious, solution focused and ambitious - willing to go the extra mile for your clients. You will take part in client presentations and events so a good level of self-confidence and the ability to think on your feet will be invaluable!

The successful candidate will possess the self-confidence, gravitas and diplomacy skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you will come from a background in software/SaaS for Human Resources / Human Capital Management, Payroll, financial services, recruitment or administration outsourcing, but this is in NOT essential.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £32,000 to £35,000 (negotiable based on experience), bonus of up to 35% of basic salary, Pension, Life Cover, PMI and a comprehensive range of additional employee benefits.
Although predominantly office-based, there will be opportunities for travel based on the needs of your international clients.
