The Role

Working within an extremely fast paced customer focused environment you will support the sales activities and performance in sales, administration and account support in order to maintain billing levels, to assist in customer support and account implementation as required.

Applicants must have a successful proven track record in sales along with strong analytical and negotiating skills are essential for this role. The candidates will be expected to demonstrate creative selling and closing techniques as well as the ability to work well with other internal employees at all levels and influence the results and behaviours of those around them.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain and develop strong customer relationships.
  • To maintain and develop strong relationships within other business areas including Operations and Finance
  • To manage a pipeline of prospects using the chosen company system.
  • To act as a point of contact for clients.
  • To undertake specific proactive sales campaigns as required
  • To ensure accurate information is provided to the sales and management team as required
