A national provider of student accommodation and facilities management with a portfolio of over 30,000 bed spaces is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their site in Nottingham (NG9).
The purpose of the role is to lead, plan and manage the maintenance function to provide an excellent service to residents, including planned, life cycle and responsive maintenance in line with the Service Level Agreements.
As the Maintenance Manager role you will report to the General Manager of the residence and with them, you will manage a team of 10 who are responsible for supporting the management and delivery of maintenance services in the residences and grounds. This includes small repairs, planned and statutory services including (but not limited to) water hygiene, fire system maintenance and electrical services as well as the control of contractors on site.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive maintenance or building management knowledge with either a focus on mechanical, electrical services or relevant trades experience. You will be experienced in leading a multi skills maintenance team and have the ability to accurately diagnose fault and offer solutions.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of up to £36,000, along with a benefits package that includes; performance related bonus, 26 days annual leave (plus stats), life assurance, contributory pension plus more.
