Product Market Manager
PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
Our successful client is looking to recruit a Product Marketing Manager on a 1 year contract. This new role will be working closely with the Strategic Manager in developing a new innovative marketing programs that will drive demand associated with the launch of a new Academy. Attention to detail and an eye for quality along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is a major part of the role. This role, for the right candidate, may evolve into a permanent role.
Develop product positioning and messaging the differentiates the organisations products in the market.
Sales enablement. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products.
Product Launch. Plan the launch of the new training products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Demand generation. Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the organisations training products
B2B or B2C market. Experience of communicating and to convey a compelling message with a clear vision to customer, stakeholders and team members.
This role will be measured by a range of KPIs around financial measures, total number of training delegates and new learners in-house training sale.
Degree level in a relevant business discipline
CIM Qualified and member
Evidence of continuing professional development
At least five years preferably with relevant experience in a similar industry
Experience across marketing communications mix
Experience of digital marketing technologies and systems
Excellent copy writing and proofreading skills
Exceptional communicator with the ability to understand the environment
Outstanding analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
Length of contract:1 year with the possible opportunity for a permanent employment for the right candidates
