Operating as a large Software House, we have built a well-established, reputable client base. With huge growth and opportunities in the US, our Technical Support team are now preparing for an increase in client demand. We are seeking to fill a brand new IT Support (1st Line) job in Thame, Oxfordshire UK. We deliver cutting-edge project applications to industry specialist clients and we are looking for a committed, creative individual to help build and maintain these applications within a team of 4 underpinning our vital work.
A successful candidate will provide consultative support to all clients, and demonstrate flexibility and flair in a wide variety of roles, giving advice to end-users, working to support our current high-end technologies and implementing pioneering new ones. To contribute effectively you will, enjoy building and maintaining good relationships with those around you, enjoy problem-solving and be able to express yourself technically.
Your previous experience in a similar role within customer service or 1st line IT support will lead to your success. You will have a strong background in Customer Service and have a technical mindset, being able to problem solve and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
