A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join a respected and well established Golf Club and Wedding Venue based in Reigate, Surrey. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef who wishes to pursue a long and rewarding career in a forward thinking company that strongly believes in family values. 

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week on average, in a flexible working environment. Working hours include some evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business. You will be working in a team of talented Chefs, preparing dishes from scratch using locally sourced fresh produce. You will need to be fully versed with HACCP and COSHH and have an up to date Food Hygiene Certificate. 

My Client is looking for candidates who have a passion for great food. You will need to hard-working with a friendly, polite and professional manner. You need to be self-motivated and results driven. You will need to have the ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure. Candidates must have a drive for expanding their knowledge and skills.
