SOUS CHEF - UP TO £35,000 - 1 MICHELIN STAR - CLOSED SUNDAYS - LONDON
This highly acclaimed, fine dining restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its brigade. This is a great opportunity as you will be working under a complete Chef who is still very much in charge of most services in his restaurant. You will be creating fine European cuisine using only fresh seasonal ingredients which are bought in fresh daily. You must have proven experience within establishments with at least 3 AA Rosettes or 1 Michelin Star as attention to detail for this position is a must.
As Sous Chef, you will be working on all sections and managing the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. There would also be opportunities to advance in your career within the company due to on-going expansion plans. An attractive salary of up to £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
