Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.

Our Finance department has a requirement for a Pay & Benefits Administrator on a permanent contract based in our Leeds office.

As a Pay & Benefits Administrator you will work closely with both the Compensation & Benefits Manager and Payroll Executive in the provision of a high quality service to all staff through the administration of taxable benefits, pensions, company cars and support of payroll production.

This role will be responsible for the administration of the private healthcare and company cars on a monthly basis to ensure accurate taxation of benefits through payroll. You will also assist the Payroll Executive in monthly production of payrolls to ensure they are delivered on time.

Additionally you will provide assistance with various aspects of administering the leased company car fleet, including providing journals for the Compensation & Benefits Manager to check before posting, and provide first class customer service across MPS through ad hoc reporting, dealing with queries and project assistance

Candidates must have previous experience of working within an administration role; experience of benefits administration would be highly desirable but is not a prerequisite for the role.

You must be highly organised to ensure all monthly requirements are met and possess strong communication skills coupled with the ability to manage any areas of conflict or sensitive issues resulting from the payroll process.
