Purpose of the role

The Office Administrator performs a critical role in supporting the Commercial team, driving timely and effective completion of client outputs through our cross-office workflow system. This role works collaboratively with TSJ Productions teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the effective delivery of client outputs by TSJ Production teams;

  • Assist with the prompt project set-up including the collation of client documents - bank statements, invoices, credit card statements and chasing stakeholders where necessary;

  • Maintain ongoing communication between the Commercial team and the Production teams to identify issues and ensure prompt resolutions;

  • Identify and escalate to Business Manager any Production concerns about project scope and deadlines;

  • Assist with the delivery of Business Management projects (e.g. bank account opening, SSN support, family office services) as & when appropriate, ensuring efficient and effective completion, clear communication and delivery to the highest quality standards;

  • Manage retainer billing;

  • Identify opportunities to add increased client value through new services or service elements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 months office-based work experience, ideally within Professional or Financial Services;

  • Ideally, educated to A-Level standard with strong grades in Maths and English;
  • Self-confident with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Present a positive, professional image of the company to all clients;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy - strives to produce work of a high standard;

  • Accepts responsibility and takes ownership of their work;

  • Works well under pressure, focused and results driven.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
