We are currently recruting for a Digital Marketing Manager in our support office close to Manchester Airport

To hold primary responsibility for the content management, user experience and SEO / PPC of the website accountable for the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and the ongoing development of this channel.

To manage and develop the company's digital strategy and ongoing optimization of a market leading website which drives convertible leads.

To continually look to develop / improve the onsite copy, readability and impact, layout, look and feel and structure of the site and develop new homepage banners and landing pages for promotional activity.

To proactively drive improvements in all areas to ensure we achieve 'best practice' standards in every aspect of the website. To communicate these improvements internally and with the Global Marketing team.

To champion the customer experience and use performance and behavioural analytics to drive and prove continual improvements.

To ensure site content is up to date, in line with marketing campaigns and the expected benefits and any regulatory or business requirements including but not limited to DMA, Data Protection, BHTA, IQIPs and NHS Standards.

To report on all digital KPI's as the business requires.

To be responsible for collating, prioritising and translating / enhancing campaign requests from within the business to the website.

To work closely with your external agency to create a steady flow of news articles for both the site and for online PR.

To manage the 'Ask An Expert' facility on the site ensuring answers to customer questions are prepared, checked and approved by an in house Audiologist, and then posted to the site in a timely manner.

To manage and grow the core social media channels

To Manage AB split testing and developing site improvements from the results gained.

Prepare presentations for internal meetings and Global Marketing, using the campaign reporting system to produce an end to end monthy report, and own and manage your budgets.

To manage and optimise the email marketing channel to drive new appointments and increase conversion rates.

To ensure the site is continually improving and market leading.

To drive the use of video, social engagement, affiliates etc.

To measure the impact of site changes, new promotions, advertising (banners etc) and developments using Google Analytics.

PPC

To manage the agency that controls our PPC account. Ensure the PPC campaign is fully co-ordinated with marketing campaigns. Drive the continuous development, effectiveness and ROI of the PPC account in terms of both text and display campaigns. Deliver regular reporting to track and inform development

SEO

Manage the agency to ensure the link building and visibility growth continues, UX is maximised and conversions grow. To ensure content is delivered with high SEO keyword density, site and page structure.

ESSENTIAL

- Experienced digital marketing or online marketing professional
- Strong computer skills

- Experience of email marketing
