We have a fantastic opportunity as a Graphic Designer within a global automotive brand, based within their state-of-the-art headquarters in Gaydon. You will be a part of a successful and dynamic team where you will be encouraged to take on challenges that arise. You will lead graphic design support for various teams including Marketing Communications, Design, Merchandise and Special Vehicle projects. The scope of your role will allow you to design logo libraries, promotional and motor show materials, Special Vehicle brochures, Invites and merchandise graphics.

Your Responsibilities:
-You will ensure consistent delivery of the brand image
-You will use your creativity to design logos for use on vehicle materials
-You will be responsible for creating and curating a Brand Reference Library of graphical resource and logos
-Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design, using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
-Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
-Provide technical information and support to senior management for design reviews
-Deliver production ready design work for print and digital media
-Establishment and maintenance of Brand Reference Library of graphical resource and logos to be shared to the business

Your Requirements:
-You'll ideally be qualified to Degree level with design experience, preferably in graphics
-Demonstrate creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
-You will be an expert in the use of Adobe creative tools; Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoShop
-Capable of managing multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously
-An interest and creative ability to stay at the forefront of Graphic Design
-Experience in video/animation software is a desirable addition
-Highly skilled in logo creation and typography
-Portfolio of work demonstrating an artistic eye and mastery of design elements, such as colour, visual hierarchy and composition
-Ability to research and promote process improvements
-Motivated, proactive team player to fit into a large studio environment and interface with a multi-disciplinary team
