Inside Sales Rep (Nordic Territories) - Buckinghamshire - £65,000 - £70,000 (£35,000 plus commission and good bonus and benefits.)
A marketing leading global tech business are seeking Inside Sales Reps to join their Nordic Team. Ideally you will come from an Inside IT Channel Sales background, have experience of selling to the Nordics and have a good understanding of different channel models, such as distributors, resellers, ISV's etc. Whilst in the main you will be developing potential growth, you will also have to engage with all levels of the partner community so it's crucial you can understand how they fit into the business model.

There is a need to understand how to manage channel conflict to ensure the business is supporting the right partner when it comes to certain opportunities. These situations will also coincide with engaging with the wider Nordic team so being a good communicator (both verbal & written) as well as someone who is engaging is key. You must have proven experience of selling successful to either the Nordics, or other territories like Benelux, DACH etc. either with or without the language.

You will need to have the ability to identify partners who have opportunities for growth and be capable of understanding, at a basic level, how to put a "lite" plan in place to grow them. Understanding addressable hardware and the verticals markets they sell into would be a big advantage.
Some who can position the sale of our products from a return on investment / efficiency saving basis rather just specification versus price. They will be adept at identifying further opportunities, providing updates on sales forecast, competitive analysis, pricing and reporting on reseller trends.

Working closely with the Nordic Sales Team, you must be an engaging team player, capable of building rapport remotely. As an experienced and successful Inside Sales professional, you would be expected to show self-discipline, persistence and resilience, demonstrating you have the confidence to succeed.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and successful Inside Sales professional, with a proven track record in IT sales (preferably hardware) and a natural problem solver who can take their initiative to resolve issues and achieve. Candidates who can speak one of the Nordic languages would be considered particularly advantageous, however, proven experience selling to the Nordics is of the upmost importance.

This is a very successful and fast growing global business, that recognizes and rewards hard work and commitment. The basic salary for this role is circa £35,000 with OTE earnings of c. £65,000 - £70,000.
