Immediate permanent role for a 1st/2nd line Support / Account Manager

As a leading global provider of Emergency Notification Software we have been very successful in the UK Market working with public services and private sector companies.

A highly organised individual with 1st class communication skills will be required to support the clients and our friendly sales team based at MediaCityUK, Greater Manchester; the chosen IT enthusiast with a passion for people will be involved in the whole product life cycle offering both remote and on-site support to clients in the UK. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Telephone and Remote support: Learn our logical cloud-based software thoroughly and introduce our user-friendly system to new clients. Manage 1st/2nd line support and incoming enquiries.
- Pre-sales: Complete software demonstrations. Attend client meetings together with sales representatives to produce specifications for development.
- Installation and Implementation: Lead new projects, follow action lists and ensure a successful launch.
- On-site and Remote training: Meet with clients at their premises around the country to train staff and encourage usage of the system.


- Job variety: A mixture of both office based duties and social interactions with clients across the country as well as the opportunity to attend trade shows - this diverse role is never boring.

Essential Skills / Experience

- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
- B2B Client Management or Support
- Complete proficiency with the MS Office suite
- Full & clean UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
- Must be a UK citizen and willing to go through a vetting process with UK Police.

Bonus Skills / Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in supporting web based application

Start: Immediate. Salary: 25k-30k per annum + a generous bonus package including: share schemes, travel expenses, laptop, mobile phone and 25 days annual leave.
