We are a market-leading provider of Geo-spatial IT services to Utilities and Telecommunication companies in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe and the United Kingdom.

Established in 1995, we-do-IT is a key provider of specialist GIS/SAP Integration consulting, development, training and support services to a wide range of clients globally. Our client portfolio is extremely high profile including major utilities and government agencies.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive, to join our dedicated team of professionals. This role to be based in the UK is a combination of Sales/Business Development and Account Management, where you will need to generate new business and manage ongoing relationships with existing clients.

The successful candidate will be a goal driven professional, who can accelerate our ability to reach new government and utility customers and support current clients. You will need to be enthusiastic and confident to make cold calls from time to time. You may be required to attend and present at industry events as well as working closely with our pre-sales Delivery teams to prepare proof-of-concept demos in line with customer requirements and new business opportunities. Travel to Head-Office in Australia may also be required from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in selling ICT solutions
- Technical background (Presales) desirable but not essential
- B2B Sales experience - Phone/Face to Face
- Comfortable to present to C-Level/Executive Level
- History of relationship building with clients and industry partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales revenue generation
- Government pre-sales experience a distinct advantage
- Tender response generation experience
- The most important requirement for this role is to be hungry for success and be rewarded generously in return

Key responsibilities will include:

- Proactively look for, drive and win new business
- Targeting new client opportunities (Government and Utilities)
- Client management
- Preparing proposals, quotations and tender responses
- Preparing client presentations
- Liaising with clients on technical solutions to assist their business
- Weekly reporting to our Global Sales team forum
- You will be responsible directly to our Chief Commercial Officer
