Chef de Partie
This new team member will be the Chef de Partie, experience would be preferred in a similar role.
Reporting to the Sous Chef.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Food preparation for the menu choices for Events and Functions
- Ensure all cooking stations have adequate supplies
- Preparing Vegetables, spices etc.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
