Overall Purpose of Job

To deliver high impact marketing collateral by leveraging cutting edge technologies and creative executions to generate high levels of awareness, consideration and sales through our broker partners. You’ll have a record for identifying opportunities and delivering success based on using data analysis and insights to develop lasting relationships. Be the product expert within Marketing.

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute our channel marketing strategy to leverage every opportunity and actively contribute to the continued growth of the Northview Group and mortgage brands
  • Own the 'Take to market’ planning process to ensure we deliver faultlessly launched marketing campaigns
  • Own and execute our full suite of product collateral (digital and non-digital) to ensure it aligns with the marketing strategy
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage our content through digital channels to increase our reach and penetration of our target customers and partners
  • Support the Snr. Channel Marketing Manager in the development of trade press creative that brings our Brand alive and generate cut through with our broker customers to maximise engagement
  • Support the development of cut through content for use across all mediums to maximise customer engagement
  • Use a customer segmentation approach to engage brokers / customer with messages and content that are relevant, timely and motivating to maximise each touch point.
  • Studying competitors’ products and services
  • Using your commercial acumen and knowledge to deliver efficient campaigns within budget and which deliver against targets
  • Responsible for managing campaign budgets and for ensuring all activity is delivered within agreed budget levels and processes
  • Complete & faultless adherence to compliance requirements
  • Development & execution of MI that demonstrates the value of broker activity & drives actions
  • You will be the go to person and expert for all our marketing collateral that supports our broker partners

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of the marketing mix, including digital suite and how to use these components to maximise value
  • Highly analytical, using metrics and customer insight to drive actions
  • High energy and committed
  • Strong communicator, capable of developing engaging content
  • Able to communicate to a high standard through a range of mediums to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Displays creative thinking
  • Able to negotiate and influence at senior level and build strong working relationships
  • Good communication, presentation, project & planning skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates with strong experience and or of a graduate calibre
  • A professional marketing qualification is desirable (CIM, IDM, ISMM, etc.) but not a necessary requirement for this role
  • Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role, Financial Service expertise preferably from a Mortgage lender
  • Experience of working in a new entrant venture would be desirable
  • Understanding of key financial metrics and customer drivers to identify opportunities
  • Team player with a track record to deliver against targets and tight timescales
  • High level of attention to detail and evidence of delivering accurate output
