DescriptionSenior Customer Data Analyst
As a Senior Customer Data Analyst you will lead the Customer Analytics team, managing a Customer Data Analyst, whilst partnering closely with internal marketing and senior stakeholders to drive more intelligence decisions and a better understanding of customers.
You will use SQL to write queries and extract data, then bring this data to life and work closely with marketing and the user acquisition team to provide commercial insights and analytics. You will use statistical analysis to drive decision making and report on performance to stake-holders right up to board level.
- Leadership/management experience
- SQL Server
- Statistics and modelling
- Understanding of customer insights and analytics
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of marketing
- Gaming or entertainments industry experience (Mobile gaming is a huge plus!)
- User Acquisition experience
- Python or R
