Regenda is now recruiting a Regional Financial Inclusion Manager to work with our talented Financial Inclusion team in Liverpool city centre.

About the role

Key duties include managing a regional Financial Inclusion team responsible for maximising Regenda’s income and achieving stated performance targets around rent collection and arrears recovery in a way that supports our tenants to sustain their tenancies and take responsibility for managing and maintaining a clear rent account.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience in managing Income collection teams in addition to experience of managing money, debt & welfare benefit services and experience of working successfully in partnership with other agencies.

You will also have experience in successfully leading and motivating high performance teams, delivering results to tight deadlines and under pressure, experience of effective financial management and experience in managing equality and diversity issues.

An expert understanding of the rent recovery process including the law around possession and an expert understanding of government policy around welfare reform and its impact on the sector, Regenda and its tenants would be advantageous.
