Service Desk Advisor - Temp to Perm
A Service Desk Adviser are urgently needed for temporary to permanent role. £10.36 per hour, £18k per annum
Your new company
This market leading IT solutions organisation is seeking a Service Desk Advisers to assist with a new contract that they have recently won.
Your new role
This role involves providing high levels of customer service over the phone and via email to customers.
You will take incoming queries and log and process tickets, assigning appropriate engineers to resolve their issues.
You will be responsible for each customer query that you process, following it through to ensure that the appropriate actions are taken, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will also maintain the database, adding all customer details where appropriate and utilising the database to provide quick resolutions to problems.
Standard working hours are between 7:30am - 6:30pm, on a shift basis of 8 hours in this time period.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have phone-based experience, and have worked in customer service over the phone or face-to-face.
This organisation is also willing to take on Graduates, provided that they have worked in a phone-based environment i.e customer service, sales, telesales.
You must be IT literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Packages and have worked with a database as part of a previous role.
You must be eligible to work in the UK, and be fluent in English.
