Role & ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be working on large scale master planning projects across the residential and mixed-use sectors in the UK, particularly on a high profile estate regeneration project as well as planning applications for one of the UK’s recently announced garden towns. Working closely with the Founding Director and other team members, you will be involved in a variety of RIBA stages, with a predominant focus on stages one to three, therefore, solid knowledge of UK planning and regulatory frameworks is essential.

Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 4 years professional experience working on master planning projects2 years’ UK experience is essentialKnowledge of all RIBA stages (stages one to three is essential)Experience of designing and managing large scale residential and mixed-use projectsExperience managing site meetings, product information, and NBS specificationsProficiency in Microstation is preferred, however training will be offered for the right candidate if you are already fluent in AutoCADOutstanding design, leadership and communication skillsBeing able to form strong relationships with clients and consultants is essentialStrong verbal and written English languageEnthusiasm to learn and progress is a mustSalary & PackageThis role is offered on a permanent basis, with a competitive salary ranging between £40,000 and £50,000 subject to experience, along with a pension scheme.
