E-Commerce and sales executive

We are currently recruiting an E-Commerce and Sales Executive to join an important tourism company. This is a company with a supportive culture that encourages cooperation and believes in employees' growth and development from day one, a great opportunity to develop your sales skills.

As an E-Commerce and Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the best customer experience at all stages as well as maximize commercial performance.

Your day to day responsibilities will be:

- Sales and up-selling - Assisting customers in purchasing the right products and making recommendations.
- Customer Service - Dealing with customer enquiries, feedback and ensuring a satisfactory outcome for customers.
- Operational Processes - Identify technical issues or potential fraud and log all issues to the pertinent departments in order to solve them.
- Products - Perform daily product updates, renew offers for the online shop and support in merchandising and affiliates strategies.
- Support other business areas as financial and operational processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in bound.
- Experience or knowledge in e-commerce will be a plus.l
- Excellent customer orientation and communication skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the tourism sector.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
